I impart a vast array of knowledge, spanning from a BASc. in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University, a Masters in Public Health specializing in Community Nutrition at the University of Toronto, and experience in holistic, alternative, and integrative healthcare. I have an invaluable understanding of health from my own health condition, where I experienced how nourishing your body can help you to feel your best self.
